Refund policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your art purchase! If you would like to return an item for a full refund, contact me at info@ameliajoyart.com.

Amelia Joy Art has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email a picture to info@ameliajoyart.com immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom orders.
